EasyFade does not give refunds. Here is why that is a fair deal, and what to do instead if something has gone wrong.
Payments for EasyFade Pro are final. That covers monthly charges, yearly charges, and any period you have already started. Cancelling stops the next charge, it does not refund the current one.
Most software makes you pay before you can tell whether it does the thing you need. EasyFade is built the other way around, on purpose.
Between those four things, there is no version of this where you are stuck with something you cannot use. You can see the product before you buy it and you can walk away from it after.
A policy is not an excuse to ignore you. Email hello@easyfade.com and we will sort it out. Especially if:
Those are our mistakes, not refund requests, and we fix them.
Open Settings, then Manage billing. That takes you to Stripe, where cancelling is one button. Pro keeps working until the date already paid for, then you drop back to Free.
Yearly is the same policy as monthly, so the charge stands and Pro runs for the full year. If you are unsure about a year, start monthly. It is the same product and you can switch to yearly later from the billing portal.
Stripe emails you a receipt for every charge, so nothing happens silently. The renewal stands, but cancel now and it will be the last one.
Not using a subscription does not refund it. The whole thing was available to you the entire time, which is what you were paying for.
No, and it cannot. If you live somewhere that gives you a statutory right to cancel a purchase, such as the UK or the EU, that right beats anything written on this page and we will honour it. This policy covers everything above and beyond what the law requires.
There is barely any to delete. Your photos never left your device in the first place, and your saved settings and recent photos live in your browser, where you can clear them yourself from Settings. Stripe keeps your billing record because tax law makes it.
Then do not pay yet. Go build the exact fade you want on the free tier and see it at full size first.
