Email hello@easyfade.com and a person will answer. If it is about your subscription, write from the address you paid with so we can find you.
Go to Sign in, put in the email you paid with, and open the link we send. That unlocks Pro on whichever device you opened it on. The link works for 30 minutes.
If nothing arrives, check your spam folder, then email us.
Same thing — sign in on the second device with your email. One subscription covers all your devices, and the website and the Canva app.
Go to Settings and press Manage billing. Cancelling is two clicks and we never ask why. Pro keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for. Note that we do not give refunds.
A white line usually means the image was saved as a JPEG somewhere along the way. JPEG cannot store transparency, so it fills the faded part with white. Save as PNG.
If you are placing it in another tool, make sure that tool is not flattening the image onto a white background when you export.
Very large images take a few seconds, because the work happens on your own machine rather than on a server. If it never finishes, try a browser tab with less open in it, or tell us the size of the file and what device you are on.
No. Never, on any plan. The fading happens in your browser and the image is not sent to us. The full explanation is in the privacy policy.
Email us with what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps enormously. We would rather hear about it than not.
We aim to reply within two business days. Billing problems and anything that stops you working get looked at first.
